1. Change Of Terms.
We reserve the right to change and/or delete the terms at ANY TIME, without prior notification of its affiliates. It is your (the affiliates) responsibility to look here frequently to see if any changes occured.

2. Member Responsibility.
All Users sent by you must come from a Web page. Only one afilliate account is allowed per member. Newsgroup postings with hyperlinks, e-mail links, ICQ, Instant Message, spamming or any other such practice that could reflect negatively on our program are strictly prohibited. Failure to comply to this request will result in the immediate cancellation of the account from which the Clicks were generated and may also result in the forfeiture of any funds owed to that account. The action of sending any hits from any URLs which contain and/or promote the following content: warez, MP3s, porn, ROMs, newsgroup postings, SPAM e-mails, or any other site which contains content or promotes activities which are illegal will result in the immediate cancellation of the account from which the hits were sent and the forfeiture of any funds owed to that account.

3. Traffic quality.
Any suspicious, proxy, abusive or over clicking can result in deletion or reductions of your account. Targeting a specific keyword is not allowed. People must search for what they want. No search exchanges are allowed. We do not allow incentive traffic, doing so risks account termination. Paid To Click, Paid To Search traffic is not allowed. Any incentives sent from get paid to programs sent to our text link are not allowed. The list of countries we are paying for is dynamically updated, because :
- feeds are included or excluded at ANY TIME we find it necessary
- feeds are changing their TERMS
- feeds server could not respond

4. Self Searching.
Self searching is not allowed.

5. Payments.
We will pay affiliates comission until 30 days after the month end. You will receive you January earning between 1st and 28th of February. We pay affiliates with E-Gold and MoneyBookers without fees and without minimum. Paypal payments are without fees too, but with $1 minimum. Members have to fill up their payment ID correctly to receive payments.

6. Limitation of Liability.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL Traxnet BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATON, FOR LOST INCOME OR PROFITS, IN ANY WAY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THIS CONTRACT, EVEN IF Traxnet HAS BEEN ADVISED AS TO THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

7. Inactivity.
Affiliates should be active. If they are not sending traffic for 2 months, will have their accounts deleted. Resignup is allowed at anytime after being deleted for inactivity.
